Hijab Concept
This project is a personal favorite of mine. I am a huge fan of running and what I love most of all is my family. My sister has lived the past decade in the UAE and I have run with Adidas Runners Dubai whenever I have the chance to visit her. I made close connections with the AR Dubai team of women in the community. Muslim women speak of the importance of empowerment and inclusion through all aspects of their lives, including sport, and to show that the hijab is a symbol of choice, empowerment and respect. So the birth of the performance Hijab was born.
